CHRISTMAS RETURNS INFORMATION
The exchange and refund period for items purchased in December as Christmas gifts has been extended. Any item purchased in December is eligible to be returned to us by the 31st January, 2015, as long as it is unsoiled/unworn and adheres to our standard returns policy.
General Customer Service emails are responded to within 48 hours of receipt; Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) 10am -5pm
Receiving order emails
IMPORTANT: When your order is completed you will receive confirmation by email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please ensure you have checked your junk email folders before getting in touch.
This is especially important if you use Hotmail, GMail or any other web email provider.
If you use a web email provider such as Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo and others, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts to ensure that emails sent to you are not incorrectly marked as junk.

Returns & Replacements
We offer refunds and exchanges on all of our items within 28 days of you receiving your goods.

- First register your details with WildfoxCouture.co.uk or if you are too excited and just want to shop straight away, you can register at checkout stage.
- Browse though all of our lovely items or search by colour, brand or style
- Once you have found something you like, chose your size if applicable and add to your basket. You can continue shopping or click to go to Checkout
- You will be asked to log in or register if you haven’t already done so
- Once logged in, you will be able to confirm your order and proceed to checkout
- Click confirm order and your confirmation and order number will appear on the screen, a confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided when registering.
That’s it, you’ve made your first purchase and your items will be with you very soon!
NOTE: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion this may cause a slight delay in processing your order; your patience is greatly appreciated.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All Pricing on WildfoxCouture.co.uk is correct and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) and any promotions or discounts will be clearly displayed.
If you do have a promotional voucher code, you can enter this at the checkout stage and the discount will be deducted from the total amount.
Please note that if your payment method was done using PayPal, we cannot process your order until payment has cleared.
Viewing orders couldn’t be simpler. To track your recent orders log in to your account on WildfoxCouture.co.uk.
You will see all of your recent and past orders and you can track their progress. You can even reorder if you are happy with your purchase and want more!
If you have made a mistake when ordering please contact email@example.com as soon as possible and we will amend your order.
Updating Account Information
To update your account details simply log in to your account, on the left-hand side you will see various options, to change address details go to address book and edit your information.
You can change your email and password at anytime, go to account information and edit your details.
If you do forget your password simply click ‘forgotten password’ and a new one will be sent to the email address you provided straight away. We advise you change this temporary password to one you will easily remember.
