For all EU and International orders; please ensure that you provide a full contact name, address, phone/fax number or e-mail to assist with Customs clearance/delivery.
All orders are shipped from the UK; any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.
Other Information:
Please note that if delivery is unsuccessful( the courier will attempt no more than 3 times) and your order is returned to us, we will charge a £10 administration fee to cover any costs incurred to us as a company; this will be deducted from your refund.
