You can refund or exchange any items purchased through wildfoxcouture.co.uk within 28 days starting from the date of receipt.
Please ensure you repack your item(s) within its original packaging.
All items must be returned to us in the same condition as they were sent and deemed fit for resale. We will not be able to refund or exchange any noticeably worn, scented and washed items.
We will not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, underwear and swimwear. A refund will only be granted unless the item is deemed faulty or unfit for purpose.
Returns outside the 28 day window may be accepted at our discretion. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Please ensure that your returned order has your completed returns form with your name and order number. Failure to do so will result in delays in processing a refund or exchange; this is your responsibility.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Wildfox Couture UK for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address below.
Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt; the item is your responsibility until it reaches us
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
How to return / exchange an item
- Please select either Refund or Exchange on your returns form and if applicable the reason code.
- Repack your item in its original packaging and include your completed returns form. If you have lost the form please click the following link: Download Returns Form
- Write either EXCHANGE or REFUND followed by your order number on the outside of your package.
If you are an International customer and you wish to exchange, you will need to pay for redelivery. You can do so by purchasing a gift card to the value required
(Please note that we are only able to exchange for the same item in a different colour and or size. If the size or colour is not available we can offer either a Gift Card to purchase alternative products or process a refund; you will be notified. If you elect a Gift Card this is final and subsequent refunds cannot be processed).

Once your parcel has been received we will action your request within 72 hours; you will be informed accordingly. You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent, always keep your proof of postage as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us
Discount Codes/ Gift Certificates
If you purchased an item with a discount code the amount refunded will be the same price as purchased with your discount code.
If you purchased an item/items with a Gift certificate the amount paid will be refunded back to the gift certificate.
Faulty or Incorrect items
We are very sorry about this and can assure you it rarely happens!
Please email us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org in the subject line please write INCORRECT ITEM or FAULTY followed by your order number.
In the email please quote your name and address and the item number with a brief description if faulty; we will respond to you as soon as possible.
You must return the faulty item within 28 days of receipt. Once we have received the item we will email you confirmation and send you a replacement (if available) unless you have informed us otherwise
Items bought from Concessions
We are unable to accept any items that were not purchased from Wildfoxcouture.co.uk.
If you have a fault or need to return an item you will need to do via the store/website that the product was purchased.
Please note we have no legal obligation to accept any items back as your contract (receipt) lies with the retailer that you purchased from and thus their policies apply.
