Our Returns Policy

(1)    Introduction

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us.
We have created this 14-day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances.
This returns policy applies to all customers.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights (such as your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

(2)    Cancellations/Returns

Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from Wildfox Couture UK for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. 

Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address below:

Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt; the item is your responsibility until it reaches us

Where you have no other legal right to return a product and receive a refund or exchange, then you will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us where:

(a)    we receive the returned product within 14 days following the date of purchase of the product;   
(b)    the returned product is unused, in its original packaging with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;
(c)    you comply with the returns procedure set out below; and
(d)    none of the exclusions set out below apply.


(3)    Returns procedure

In order to take advantage of your rights under this returns policy, you must:

(a)    Email quoting your order number, name, address and the item(s) you wish to return. Please use the Reason code as noted on your returns form detailing the reason for return.
(b)    Please repack your item and mark clearly on the package your order number and whether you wish to obtain a Refund or an Exchange. It is extremely important that you write this number correctly as this enables us to link the returned item with your order. Please note that we are only able to exchange for the same item in a different colour and or size. If the size or colour is not available we can offer either a Gift Card to purchase alternative products or process a refund; you will be notified.

(c) We are unable to accept any items that were not purchased from If you have a fault or need to return an item you will need to do via the store/website that the product was purchased. Please note we have no legal obligation to accept any items back as your contract (receipt) lies with the retailer that you purchased from and thus their policies apply.

You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy and we advise that you send your returns by recorded delivery to cover yourself against loss. The returned item(s) are your responsibility until it reaches us

(4)    Exclusions

The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy:

(a)    Food, drink and any other products liable to deteriorate within the period set out in Section 1 and 2 above;
(b)    DVDs, CDs and other audio or video or audio-visual recordings;
(c)    Computer software (whether on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or otherwise);
(d)    Newspapers, periodicals, magazines or similar products;
(e)    Pierced jewellery, underwear, swimwear and cosmetics/toiletries if the hygiene seal has been removed; unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose;
(f)     Any product made to your specification;
(g)    Any product made to order;
(h)    Gift Certificates.

(5)    Refunds

We will send you a refund for the full price of any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy (excluding the original delivery charges and excluding the costs of returning the product to us).Please note that if delivery is unsuccessful and your order is returned to us( the courier will attempt no more than three times), we will charge a £10 administration fee to cover any costs incurred to us as a company; this will be deducted from your refund.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of  receiving your returned product.

(6)    Improper returns

Where you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product):

(a)    we will not refund or exchange the product;
(b)    we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c)    if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
